Arber Qesja is a senior leader in the automotive semiconductor industry, currently driving European strategy and customer engagement at DENSO, with a focus on power and analogue semiconductors. He holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC & Mannheim Business Schools and a double degree in electrical engineering & computer science from Jacobs University, combining deep technical with strategic leadership. Arber has extensive experience working with global OEMs across Europe, Japan and China shaping decisions, technology roadmaps and partnerships. Arber is a professional chess player and in his spare time he is an avid AC.Milan fan and poker player.
