Biography

Kirsten has been in Financial Services & covered the Global Technology industry for >20 years after starting at Morgan Stanley in April 2000 as a Semiconductorequity research analyst. After 15 years in the public markets, she moved to Global Banking & to Asia with a focus on Semiconductors & Hardware and is now based in Singapore.

• Lead left JGC on Will Semiconductor’s US$445m SIX Swiss GDR (2023)

• Exclusive financial advisor to Global Telecom Inc on the formation data centre JV with ST Telemedia (post money valuation US$350m) (2022)

• Sole advisor to Bizlink on €450m acquisition of LEONI AG’s Industrial solutions business in 2021; sole global coordinator on US$229m CB & GDS offering in 2022

• WIN Semiconductor US$500m CB offering in 2021 (UBS sole bookrunner)

• ams’ €4.5bn acquisition of OSRAM Licht AG (UBS underwriters of debt & equity financing) (2020)

• Sale of TTM Technologies’ Mobility business to a Chinese consortium for US$660m (2020)

• JGC on Globalwafers US$1bn convertible bond offering (2021)

• Placement of Trax secondary shares with UBS Wealth Management (2020 & 2021)

• Financing of a large cap US Technology Hardware company (confidential) (2020)

• SMIC’s US$600m senior bond offering in 2020 and US$200m CB offering in 2019

• Xiaomi US$4.7bn HK IPO in 2018

• Corporate broker to Arm Holdings until the company was acquired by Softbank in 2016 (Morgan Stanley & UBS)

Ms. Parker graduated from Monash University with a double degree – Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting / Economics) / Bachelor of Arts (German / Chinese). She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen.
